2 connectedEverything your practices share with you, from every practice you see, without a login for each one.
See every upcoming visit, confirm one when your practice asks, and sync visits to your calendar. Reschedules and cancellations update it for you.
Write to your care team in one thread, and get a notification when they reply, so nothing gets lost in a voicemail.
Fill out and sign the forms your practice sends before a visit, right on your phone.
See your balance with each practice. Payments happen on your practice's own payment portal.
Manage care for your children from your own account, and invite family to help with yours and choose what they see.
Connect each practice you see, then view them all together or tap one to see only its visits, forms, and messages.
The app finds your practice from the details it already has for you.
Install the app and sign up with the email and mobile number your practice has on file for you.
The app looks for your record at practices that have your verified number or email on file.
Tap Join when the app finds you. Your practice may need to confirm it's you first. Have a practice code? You can enter that instead.
If your practice isn't showing up, call the office and ask them to check the details they have for you.

What the app shows when it finds you
Built for health information, from the lock screen in.
A notification says only what's waiting, like “You have a new message.” It never names your practice or quotes a message.
Turn on App lock to require Face ID or Touch ID to open Ultradoc. The check happens on your device, and the result never leaves it.
Add two-step verification or a passkey to your account from Sign-in security in Settings.
No location, no contacts, no ads, and analytics that never carry your name, email, or phone number.
Read the Privacy Policy or see how Ultradoc protects patient data.
The patient app comes with Ultradoc. See what it does for your front desk, or tell us about your practice.
