Family medicine
A front desk that sees the line
Northgate Family Medicine checks patients in from the arrivals board. Anyone late, waiting long, or missing forms stands out before the morning backs up.
Scheduling· Modules
Appointments sync from your EHR into day, week, and month views your whole team shares. Book, move, check in, or cancel here, and the change goes back to your EHR.
Book a visit here and have it land in your EHR?Ultradoc does that.
Lakeside Cardiology's week, kept in your EHR and in Ultradoc. Change either book and watch the other follow.
Your schedule is being imported from your EHR. Appointments appear here as the first sync completes.
Front desk
The arrivals board sorts today by where each patient is. Waits count up as they go, and forms still owed show before check-in.
Search
Type a day and time into the calendar's search to see the visits running then and every provider with room. Type a name for that patient's upcoming visits.
Views
The day view puts providers and rooms side by side. The month shows each day's load and flags open hours, unconfirmed visits, and blocked days.

Worklists
The waitlist, recalls coming due, requests from patients, and synced visits that still need a chart each have a list, worked from the same screen.

WaitingPatients
With the patient app and texting on, patients book, request, confirm, and take earlier openings themselves. Every visit says how it was booked.

The scheduling report updates every night with utilization, no-shows, cancellations, self-booking, lead time, and request response, for one provider or the whole practice.

The rules, tools, and patient messages behind a practice's schedule, set once and applied everywhere.
Drag a visit to a new time or provider, or stretch it longer. The keyboard can lift and move a visit too.
Close off part of a provider's day. Visits already booked there can be cancelled together, with a message to each patient.
Book rooms and equipment alongside providers. The day view gives each one its own column.
Name a set of providers to view together, or to book against as a pool.
Cap visits in a time window, space them apart, or stop overlaps, for chosen visit types, providers, locations, or departments.
Change a provider's hours on particular days, or close them, on top of the weekly schedule.
Ask patients to confirm by text or call before the visit, and remind them the day before. A reply of C confirms it.
If you charge for short-notice cancels and moves, the patient app and phone assistant state the fee and get agreement first.
Send every patient on an affected day a message when the schedule changes.
Visits come in from your EHR and from patients booking themselves, and go back out to your EHR, the chart, pre-visit forms, and reports.
The same calendar runs a pediatric waitlist, an echo lab, and an orthopedic clinic.
Family medicine
Northgate Family Medicine checks patients in from the arrivals board. Anyone late, waiting long, or missing forms stands out before the morning backs up.
Orthopedics
Summit Orthopedics caps new-patient visits each morning and spaces injections apart, so the surgeon's day doesn't fill with one kind of visit.
Pediatrics
When a well visit cancels at Cedar Pediatrics, the waitlist offers the time to a waiting family by text and holds it while they answer.
Cardiology
Lakeside Cardiology books its echo room as its own column beside the cardiologists, so the lab's day is as easy to read as theirs.
Dermatology
Juniper Dermatology lets patients request cosmetic consults in the app. Staff approve them from Requests, or adjust the time or provider first.
Gastroenterology
Bayview GI's surveillance recalls sync from the EHR into the Recalls list, where staff book each one and the recall closes against the visit.
Security
A schedule is a record of who comes in and when, so every change leaves a trail.
Every part of Ultradoc reads from the same live record, so each one makes the others better.
Tell us how your practice runs. We'll set Ultradoc up around it and connect it to the EHR you already use.
