Ask Orpheus…

Every request passes four gates

Send one from the stent tracker at Riverside Urology and follow it from the page it was asked on to the audit log.

Press Send to follow the request through.

  1. Where you asked from

Open Orpheus on any screen and ask in plain words. It knows the page you're on, so “these stents” means the list in front of you.

  2. What you can read

It finds patients across Ultradoc, your EHR, and your billing system, then reads charts, tasks, and schedules as you, within your role. Switch roles to see the difference.

  3. Your yes

Each change gets its own approval card, built by Ultradoc from the records it touches, so you see exactly what will happen. Approve all at once, one by one, or none.

  4. The record

Approved changes are made under your name, with your permissions checked again, and each one lands in the practice's audit log.

Manual or auto, your choice

Each person decides how Orpheus treats the changes it stages. Switch modes to see the same request handled both ways.

You approve every change

Each staged change waits with Approve and Decline. Nothing in the practice moves until you choose, and sending a new message declines whatever you left undecided.

Auto mode is open only to roles allowed to let Orpheus make changes. Your admins set that per role.

Answers that leave the chat

Orpheus turns practice data into spreadsheets, PDFs, and charts, and runs your prompts on a schedule while you're with patients.

PushTextEmail

Built for the working day

The details that make Orpheus easy to trust in a busy clinic.

Attach the paperwork

Add a PDF, a Word file, a photo, or a CSV to your question. Orpheus reads it with the question, then the file is deleted.

Hear when it's done

A push, text, or email says a reply is ready or a change needs you. The notice never names a patient.

One conversation that keeps going

Each person has one ongoing conversation. Older turns are summarized for Orpheus, so it never needs restarting.

Private to each person

Your conversation, files, and timed prompts are yours alone, and Orpheus acts only as you. When your access ends, so does its.

Finds the patient anywhere

Search reaches Ultradoc, your EHR, and your billing system, so a patient who isn't in Ultradoc yet still turns up.

Fifty changes, one request

A single request can stage up to 50 changes, like a task for each patient on a list, each approved or declined on its own.

Stop it mid-reply

Stop a reply at any point. What it wrote stays, and any change it hadn't made yet is declined.

On for the roles you choose

Turn Orpheus on for the practice, then set by role who may use it and who may let it make changes.

Orpheus drafts. People decide.

Orpheus works inside each person's permissions, shows every change before it's made, and leaves a record of what it read and did.

  1. 1Exactly what will changeUltradoc builds the card from the change itself and the records it touches, read as you, so what you approve is what gets made.
  2. 2Decided by a personApprove or decline it. In auto mode, only changes that match what you asked for go through on their own.
  3. 3Made under your nameYour access is checked again when the change is made, and it lands in the audit log like any edit of yours.

It sees only what you can

Orpheus reads as the person asking, under their role, and checks access again before every step. A page you can't open stays closed to Orpheus too.

Every AI request is on the record

Each one appears in your practice's audit log as an AI request, with the feature that made it and, when there is one, the chart it concerned.

Labeled for patients, never trained on

Patients see AI marked as Orpheus · Ultradoc AI, and their health information is never used to train models.

How Ultradoc secures and logs every action

Orpheus in every corner

The chat is one way in. Orpheus already reads the faxes, notes, calls, messages, and forms moving through Ultradoc, and hands your team the results to review.

Reads every page of every fax

Splits each fax by patient, sorts every document by kind, ranks it against your urgency rules, and suggests the chart. Filing stays a click.

Faxes

Asks when it isn't sure

Orpheus reads each note to keep the summary current, set follow-up dates, and pull out tasks. When a note is ambiguous, it asks instead of guessing.

Encounters

Writes up the visit

A recorded visit becomes a summary, an editable note, and suggested CPT and ICD-10 codes. The clinician edits, confirms, and sends it to the EHR.

Scribe

Triages every referral

Each referral is rated against your practice's own rules and checked for repeats. Staff can adjust the rating, and re-triage never overrides them.

Referrals

Sums up every call

After each call, Orpheus writes the summary and opens a task when a request went unhandled. Admins change greetings and run test calls just by asking it.

Phone Agents

Reads patient messages first

Orpheus summarizes each patient conversation, opens tasks, and can route new messages to the right care group. Patients only ever see clearly labeled notices.

Messaging

Turns a chat line into a task

Write who needs to do what in staff chat. Orpheus drafts the assignee, category, and priority, and nothing is created until you confirm it.

Tasks

Reads every form that comes in

Orpheus rates each submission against your severity rules so the most urgent sit at the top of Needs review. It can also build a form from a paper copy.

Forms & eSign

Catches every stent in the notes

When a note documents a stent placed, removed, or exchanged, the tracker updates on its own and shows Orpheus as the source.

Stent Tracker

Remembers how to reach them

Short, non-clinical facts in the patient's own words, like who drives them to visits, each linked to the call or message it came from.

Patient Chart

Briefs you on your day

A short briefing on your own tasks, encounters, unread messages, and wRVU, built only from what your role can open.

Reports & Analytics

Reads the insurance card

Photograph the card at the front desk and Orpheus lifts the member details off it for staff to check. The photos are read once, then destroyed.

Insurance

What Orpheus reads and writes

It reads across the modules your practice runs. Whatever it writes back, someone asked for or approved.

One assistant, every kind of practice

The same chat serves a front desk, a charge nurse, and a practice manager, each within their own role.

Cardiology

A slot for this morning's AFib referral

The referral coordinator at Lakeside Cardiology asks from the referral itself. Orpheus checks every cardiologist's open slots this week and lists them by provider.

Orthopedics

The surgery list before anyone arrives

The charge nurse at Summit Orthopedics has a timed prompt run at 6:30 each weekday: today's cases and anything still missing. Tasks for the gaps are waiting for approval on arrival.

Pediatrics

Forms still open for tomorrow

The front desk at Cedar Pediatrics asks which of tomorrow's well visits still have forms outstanding, and works down the table before the morning rush.

Hospital medicine

Progress notes from the board

On rounds at Bayview, a hospitalist asks for today's note on Room 412. Orpheus drafts it from the chart, and it joins the encounter on approval.

OB/GYN

Referrals that never booked

The practice manager at Harbor Women's Health asks for September's referrals with no appointment yet, and gets a spreadsheet for the scheduling team.

Urology

Every stent due, a task for each

Riverside Urology asks for a removal task for each stent due this month. Four approval cards, one approval, and scheduling has its list.

Works with the rest of Ultradoc

Every part of Ultradoc reads from the same live record, so each one makes the others better.

Whatever your practice needs, Ultradoc does that.

Tell us how your practice runs. We'll set Ultradoc up around it and connect it to the EHR you already use.
