Delivery, Carriers & Limitations

  1. (i)Message and data rates may apply. Any charge for sending or receiving a message is set by your mobile carrier and billed by your carrier, not by Ultradoc.
  2. (ii)Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your handset, neither of which Ultradoc controls.
  3. (iii)Text messages are not a substitute for the secure messaging inside the Ultradoc app, and they are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
  4. (iv)Keep your number current with your practice. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell your practice so that messages intended for you are not sent to whoever holds the number next.
